I’m Misty Thomas, Licensed Massage Therapist, wellness professional, and proud owner of Lake Guntersville Massage & Wellness. My passion has always been helping others feel their absolute best—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through my experience Functional Fitness Training and in massage therapy, I have cultivated a space where clients can escape the demands of everyday life and focus on restoration, relaxation, and self-care.

After personally experiencing the life-changing benefits of massage therapy during her own search for pain relief, she felt called to help others experience the same healing and restoration.

Heather is a devoted wife of 13 years and the proud mother of six wonderful children. She is deeply grateful to God for guiding her on this journey and for the unwavering support of her family, whose encouragement has helped make this dream a reality.

The power of the healing hand is a blessing and a gift. Whike we're so blessed to have doctors and nurses with a plethora of education about the human body and how to keep us healthy. We often forget that sometimes our spirit, and our stress can affect us worse than a cold or ankle sprain. Thank GOD for massage therapists like Heather Denson! I'm 54 with osteoarthritis in my left knee and joints and a bad ankle on the right side. I've had two appointments worth 100000x more than the cost of a visit with her and each time my range of motion increased emensely. Southern Style Oasis has a GEM in Heather Denson. She is very knowledgeable on the intricacies of the human body, the way a muscle and tendon move, or are supposed to move, and a professional, yet gentle touch that helps to relieve extremely tight muscles. Some people are gifted with the ability to do surgery, and minister medications, or work as physical therapists but she has been gifted as a massage therapist, and her technique work so well to help those who truly need some relief!
